The Speaker reversed the committee referrals for the following:                                     
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 464                                                                              
    "An Act relating to statewide school district correspondence study                              
    programs."                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
HB 464 was removed from the House Special Committee on                                              
Education and referred to the Health, Education & Social Services                                   
Committee with a further referral to House Special Committee on                                     
Education.
